ABOUT ME

I coach and support actors.

As an actor I trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, and I remain passionate about acting and the release of creative potential in myself and others. I have personal family experience of neurodivergence which continually deepens the skills I need to work successfully alongside neurodivergent actors.

As well as personal experience and an intuitive approach, I also have a skills-set born out of working in the corporate sector as an actor, trainer and coach. I specialise in personal development and communication and  I am a certified, professional behavioural analyst (CPBA).

In 2017, I completed an MA in Actor Training and Coaching from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, bringing together my work and life experience. It enhanced my skills in acting, teaching and coaching and gave me the opportunity to begin my journey in specialist coaching for neurodivergent actors.

My ultimate goal on any project is great performances all round. I work alongside the actor connecting, when needed, with the wider company to make sure everyone is confident and empowered to bring their best work.  I am on hand as much, or as little as is required to help communication flow and creativity flourish.

My work is defined by endless patience, positive energy and creative solutions.
